FOKAL

The Fondation Connaissance et Liberté / Fondasyon Konesans Ak Libète (FOKAL), created in 1995 and recognized as a public utility since 2000, is a Haitian national foundation working throughout the country in the fields of education, development, arts and culture, and support for civil society organizations.
FOKAL receives funding from international institutions, including the Kellogg Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the European Union, and the French Development Agency (AFD).
